* If the breeder indicates that the parents have been tested, they have had their vet's statements viewed by the DBKC!!

* Under no circumstances does the DBKC receive any commission on the puppies sold by the breeders!!

* If you purchase a puppy via the DBKC website, this does not automatically mean that you have a show dog!!

* If you purchase a puppy with (hereditary) abnormalities via the DBKC website, the DBKC is not liable for this!!

* Puppies offered on the DBKC website may NOT be docked!!

* All puppies offered on the DBKC website are in possession of a DBKC application/pedigree!

* If there are suspicions (indications) of bread farming, the DBKC will contact the appropriate authorities!

* DBKC can carry out random checks at the breeder's premises to check the housing of the puppies.
